How Do I Open My GridPulse Dashboard?

Open the dashboard as an owner

1. Sign in to the website.
2. Open your GridPulse dashboard link.
3. Use the dashboard menu to choose Subscribers, Groups, Devices, Templates, Calendar, Deliveries, Staff, or Settings.

Open the dashboard as staff

1. Make sure the owner has added you in Staff.
2. Sign in, or use the staff access object in Second Life if that is how the owner gave you access.
3. Choose the business you need to work on if you help more than one.
4. Open the dashboard link.

If the page says you cannot access it

1. Make sure you are signed in as the right person.
2. Ask the owner to open Staff and confirm your staff record is enabled.
3. Ask the owner to confirm your role is allowed to use that section.
