What Can I Do from the GridPulse Dashboard?

Use this dashboard to run GridPulse

After you sign in, the dashboard menu shows the areas you can use. Owners usually see everything. Staff may see fewer areas, depending on the role the owner gave them.

Dashboard sections

• Subscribers: find people on your lists and review their group membership.
• Groups: add or edit your Second Life groups.
• Devices: check your inworld boards and delivery devices.
• Templates: create reusable notices.
• Calendar: schedule events and notices.
• Deliveries: check what is queued, sent, or failed.
• Random Events: rotate notices from a prepared message group.
• SL Images: save Second Life texture IDs for later use.
• Staff: add helpers and change staff access.
• Settings: change account options, welcome messages, Rezday greetings, and group gifts.
• Wizard: follow guided setup steps.

Best first steps

1. Open Wizard if your account is new.
2. Open Groups and make sure your groups are listed.
3. Open Devices and make sure your inworld objects are active.
4. Open Templates and create your first notice messages.
5. Open Calendar when you are ready to schedule something.
