Use the Staff Access object
- Rez or wear the GridPulse Staff Access object.
- Touch the object.
- If you help one business, wait for the dashboard link.
- If you help more than one business, choose the business from the menu.
- Open the link in your browser.
If the object does not give you a link
- Make sure you are using the right Second Life avatar.
- Ask the owner to confirm you are listed in Staff.
- Ask the owner to confirm your staff record is enabled.
- Touch the object again after the owner fixes your access.
Do not share links
Use the link yourself. If another staff member needs access, they should use their own staff login or object.
