Which Staff Role Should I Choose?

Start with the job

Before choosing a role, decide what the person will do in GridPulse.

Use a higher role for

  • Someone who manages settings.
  • Someone who manages other staff.
  • Someone who runs most of the business dashboard.

Use a lower role for

  • Someone who only helps with notices.
  • Someone who only checks subscribers or deliveries.
  • Someone who helps during events but should not change account settings.

If they cannot see a section

Open Staff, edit the staff member, and choose a role that matches the work they need to do.
